Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer the following shipping options within Australia:
- Standard Shipping – 5–8 business days
- Express Shipping – 3–5 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $99.00.
International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times vary by location, typically 7–21 business days. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order online.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at agmodo25@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. AG MODO is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Authority to Leave
If you would like your parcel left in a safe location without a signature, please include an "Authority to Leave" note in the order notes at checkout. Please specify a safe location (e.g., front door, side gate, letterbox area).
Please note that by providing authority to leave, AG MODO and our delivery carriers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to parcels once they have been delivered to the nominated location. We recommend only selecting this option if you are confident the location is secure.
If no authority to leave is provided, the carrier will attempt delivery and leave a card for redelivery or collection from your nearest post office.
